1.12的宏都有个通病：不能显示某个技能的冷却时间....大神能不能研究下:victory:

1.12的宏都不显示技能CD的，所以请用JIM_CooldownPulse插件，当技能冷却时间结束的时候，会在屏幕闪现该技能的图标。
